Beginner Flow
Your introduction to Reformer Pilates. This class moves at a steady, beginner-friendly pace, helping you build confidence while mastering the fundamentals. Expect a mindful yet dynamic workout designed to strengthen, align, and prepare you for our signature sessions. We recommend joining 7 - 10 times before progressing to our intermediate classes.
Progression Flow
This dynamic Reformer class builds on the foundations of Pilates, enhancing strength, mobility, and endurance. With a steady, flowing pace, it challenges your core, coordination, and control while keeping movement smooth and intentional. Best suited for those who feel confident with the basics, we recommend taking Beginner Flow a few times before joining.
Advanced Flow
For those ready to push past their limits, this advanced Reformer class blends strength, control, and precision for a true full-body challenge. Expect a dynamic mix of resistance training, core stability work, and mobility-focused movement, all designed to refine your technique and elevate your practice. With a strong emphasis on flow and endurance, this session will test your strength while keeping movement smooth and intentional.
Who Can Join? This class is designed for experienced practitioners who have built a solid foundation. We recommend completing at least 10 Progression Flow sessions and receiving approval from our instructor team before booking.
Fusion Flow
A dynamic Reformer Pilates class that blends beginner and intermediate levels.
Ideal for those with some Pilates experience who want to challenge their control, strength, and coordination. The class offers different options and progressions, making it perfect for transitioning from beginner to intermediate.
Some advanced practitioners are also welcome — variations are provided to deepen the practice.
Not recommended for complete beginners or those with severe pathologies.
Apparatus Pilates
Guided sessions using not only the Reformer, but Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel to explore movement with precision and control. Each exercise is adapted to your body, helping you gain strength, mobility, and confidence in every motion.
Private Flow
A fully tailored Pilates session, designed for one or two people. Whether on the Reformer, Tower, or other Pilates apparatus, this personalized class adapts to your goals — refining technique, building strength, or supporting recovery. Move with confidence under expert guidance at your own pace.
Individual and duo sessions are available.

Ageless Flow
A Pilates class designed to improve mobility, balance, and strength — perfect for seniors or anyone who prefers a slower, more supportive pace.
Sessions can take place on the Reformers or other Pilates apparatus in a circuit format, offering variety, safety, and steady progress for every body.

Our Pre & Postnatal Pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to strengthen your body, ease discomfort, and promote overall well-being during and after pregnancy. With a focus on stability, flexibility, and mindful movement, these sessions help you feel strong, supported, and prepared for motherhood.
For those new to Pilates or easing back into movement, we recommend booking our Core Awakening ou Beginner Flow classes, where you’ll receive personalized guidance and modifications to ensure a comfortable and effective practice.
Matwork Pilates
A foundation-focused practice using body weight and small props. Suitable for all levels, this class enhances control, alignment, and overall well-being.
Mat Flow
Matwork Pilates class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize your body using controlled, flowing movements. This session can incorporate small Pilates equipment — such as the magic circle, soft balls, and etc. — to enhance resistance, deepen engagement, and add variety to your practice. Perfect for building core strength, improving mobility, and refining your technique, all while staying grounded on the mat. Suitable for all levels!
